Dr. Sharp, originally from southern California, attended UOP School of Dentistry in San Francisco.  Dr. Sharp's passion for learning has led to his membership in many study clubs and educational organizations.  He is the treasurer of the Academy of Cosmetic and Adhesive Dentistry, a member and treasurer of the Alameda Dental Society, the California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.  This passion translates into the most up-to-date methods and materials for our patients.  Dr. Sharp's skill is well-known in the dental community, earning him a great deal of respect from his peers. His patients who have moved out of the area have been told by their new dentists, "This is the finest crown I have ever seen."  He is considered by some to be one of the best dentists in the Bay Area.

Dr. Sharp's other passion is coaching patients in how to take care of their teeth for a lifetime of oral health.  His gentle and  thorough teaching style have many new patients exclaiming, "No one has ever taught me to brush my teeth like this!"
